Taking the Life in the UK test if you have a previous gender

On the government website it tells you that If you have a previous gender (including a different name) that when taking the test you do not want the test centre staff to see or for it to show on your test result, email sensitivebookings@homeoffice.gov.uk before booking your test. They’ll tell you what you need to do.
